- Bike and Car Rentals:
- Cancellation 7 days or more before the rental date: Full refund minus processing fees.
- Cancellation within 3 to 7 days prior: 50% refund.
- Cancellation within 48 hours of the rental date: No refund.
2. Cancellation by The Lion Tour and Travel
